As a Central Somerset Physiotherapy client you already know the level of expert care we offer you. Our fitness suites in Wells and East Brent allow you the opportunity to train, recover and improve with a qualified physio or fitness instructor on hand. Either privately, as pairs or in dedicated small groups of up to five people. Your own tailor-made bespoke program will ensure you are working towards your aims and goals.
Personal programmes unique to your specific needs. Performed in small groups enabling you to get the closest thing to Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. Exercise under the supervision of a physiotherapist or Personal trainer along with access to our open sessions.
Bespoke Training Program
Build a stronger physique, recover from injury, improve technique and excel swiftly toward longer term targets and gains with our expert Bespoke Training Program and on hand guidance. Guidance from on hand physios, coaches and personal trainers will help set targets and ensure you improve.
Excellent priority access
Shared access to sessions with between one to a maximum of five individuals, will ensure you make regular progress on your own bespoke program, whilst performing, effective exercise sessions in an enjoyable, quiet environment with expert guidance on hand.
FREE APP - Bespoke Personal Training Program
Walk, run, dance, whatever you do to move. Our App access allows you to record everything so we can be aware of your activity to help create and adapt your own bespoke training plan. You can log any additional exercise you take part in at home, on the beach, walking up that hill or even while on holiday in the hotel gym.
Log ALL your activities, riding your bike or even walking the dog!
Once logged, that contributes to your overall bespoke program record. Our expert guidance can tailor your program accordingly, so even when you are not with us, you still have a program available to compliment your recovery, strength and conditioning sessions. Sessions times vary and are reflective of demand.

One to One Wellness Assessment.
All clients wishing to make use of the fitness suite will first need a CSP One to One Wellness Assessment. This will involve us getting to know your background, health conditions and specific aims required. This is your personal time with one of our qualified physiotherapist for up to 45mins, required for assessment of your ability and aims.

Would you like to support your weekly training and recovery, while improving your balance, mobility and flexibility? Then this class is for you.
Our 60-minute sessions are kept to small group sizes so the instructor can give you focused attention, guide you safely through each posture, and help correct your form.
Over the 6-week course, you'll build confidence in key yoga poses, increase joint mobility, enhance your range of motion, and explore targeted stretches designed to relieve tension and prevent injury - leaving your body and mind feeling rebalanced and refreshed.
About the classes.
Led by Meg, who brings over 10 years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, these gentle yoga stretch sessions are designed to help you feel more at ease in your body. Meg has a calm, encouraging approach and a real passion for supporting others to move well, ease tension, and build strength through simple, mindful movement.
Each class begins with poses that help improve balance, build core strength and enhance flexibility. Props such as straps, bolsters and foam rollers are used where needed, helping you feel supported as you explore your range of movement. Whether you're completely new or looking to slow things down, these sessions offer a relaxed space to stretch, breathe and reconnect with your body.

Running and Running Clubs
Highly experienced and expert running assessments.
We run too, so we really do understand you. Over the years we have seen a lot of runners, so you are in very experienced hands. Injury or technique focussed assessments are held within our healthcare supervised gym suite.
Our experts are highly experienced with runners, covering the full range of the sport including cross-country, sprinting, middle distance and of course marathon runners. Improvements or corrections to your technique are essential to keep as injury free as possible. We have often formed great relationships with our regular runners and local clubs, following an injury which brings them to us for initial treatment including Achilles Tendinitis, Iliotibial (IT) Band Syndrome, Shin Splints, Plantar Fasciitis and of course 'Runners Knee' Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS).
